Our gelcoat is made of high performance polymer; Fillers and light stabilizers have excellent UV resistance. Color and light preservation; Waterproof and blush resistant and crack resistant. These gelcoats have excellent spray characteristics and resistance to sag, making them easy to apply and set up.
Marine high performance gelcoat is a high performance coating designed for specific applications. This gelcoat is primarily targeted for high-end Marine applications from high performance speedboats to luxury yachts. Our gel coatings have also been successfully used in construction and Fiberglass swimming pools.
Gelcoats meet the MACT EPA 40 CFR Part 63 Hazardous Air Pollutant emission Standard requirements: the maximum HAP for white or off-white gelcoats for reinforced plastic composite production is 30%, and the maximum HAP for tinted gelcoats is 33% for the national Hazardous Air pollutant emission standard for ship manufacturing.
